An integral part of our center’s mission is the compassionate care of persons who are terminally ill.

Iliff Nursing and Rehabilitation Center provides palliative and end-of-life hospice care for residents. A comprehensive, individualized care plan is created for each resident. Spiritual and grief counseling is available throughout the hospice period.
